STRUCTURE AND CIVIL :
STEEL : Meenakshi or equivalent brand ,ISI Mark Fe500 TMT steel.
CEMENT : ACC or BIRLA equivalent brand 53,43 grades pf cement.
BLOCKS: : Standard solid blocks 6 inch for outer walls and 4 inch thick for inner walls.
AGGREGATES: Standard 20mm,40mm aggregates.
SAND: : M sand will be used for concrete and block masonry and plastering M sand will be used for plastering.
CONCRETE: As per structural Engineer recommendation will be provided.
READY MIX CONCRETE: Ready mix concrete will be provided for
footings and slabs.
WATER PROOFING :
DR.FIXIT / FOSROC Water proofing chemicals will be used for toilets and terrace water proofing work.
KITCHEN :
KITCHEN GRANITE SLAB: Kitchen granite slab 20mm thick granite will be provided up to 120 per Sq. ft.
KITCHEN WALL TILES: Kitchen wall tiles will be provided up to 40 per sq.-ft.
KITCHEN SINK: : Kitchen sink will be provided up to Rs 5000.
SINK FAUCET AND ACCESSORIES: Worth up to Rs 1500.
BATHROOM:
SANITARY WARE AND CP FITTINGS: Will be provided up to Rs 34000.
BATHROOM TILES : Ceramic wall tiles will be provided up to Rs 40 per sq. ft and anti skid floor tiles will be provided up to Rs 40 per sq. ft.
CPVC AND PVC CONDUITS : Astral or equivalent brand.
BATHROOM DOOR : Sal wooden frame and water proof flush door.
FLOORING:
LIVING AND DINING : Branded vitrified tiles will be provided up to Rs 80 per sq. ft.
KITCHEN AND ROOMS : Branded vitrified tiles will be provided up to Rs 70 per sq. ft.
STAIRCASE FLOORING : Granite will be provided up to 70 per sq. ft.
BALCONY AND OPEN AREAS : Anti skid tiles will be provided up to Rs 45 per sq. ft.
PARKING : Parking tiles will be provided up to Rs 45 per sq. ft.
DOOR FRAMES AND SHUTTERS
MAIN DOOR : Teak wood frame and shutter will be provided size are standard, door design will be stand.
INTERNAL DOORS : Sal wood frames will be provided for internal doors frames and membrane doors will be provided for internal doors.
WINDOWS:
Standard three track two aluminium sliding shutters with clear glass and one mosquito mesh shutter will be provided.
MS grill will be providing for windows. Design wail be company standards.
PAINTING:
INTERNAL PAINTING : 2 Coats of wall putty and 1 coat of Asian paints interior primer, 2 coats of Asian paint of tractor shine.
EXTERNAL PAINTING : 1 Coat of exterior primer, 2 coats of Asian paints Apex weather proof paint.
METAL AND WOOD PAINTING : 2 coats of Asian paints Enamel will be provided for window grills, MS staircase railings and MS gate.
ELECTRICALS :
WIRES : Anchor or Finolex brand fire proof wires.
SWITCHES AND PANNELS : Anchor or Roma brand swishes panels.
PRICING:
Build-up area will cost 1780 per sq. ft.
Balcony and parking areas will cost 1580 per sq. ft.
Headroom area will cost 1640 per sq. ft.

EXCLUSITIONS FROM THIS PACKAGE:
Client must provide the required temporary power connection, water for
construction.
Required Approvals from the government for construction of project.
Road cutting, rock breaking, rock drilling expenses shall be borne by client.
Electrical meter, meter box and BESCOM charges shall be borne by client.
Elevation work will be additional.
Provide the material storage, for shed place in the site.
WARRANATY:
5 Years of warranty will be providing for structure and seepage problems.
Soil test will be done before going to design structural design.
Warranty from all the products will be availed directly from the manufacture of the product.
Providing all the required bills to the client to claim the warranty.
